Beth Shirley - book, The Many Days of Minnie Mae, is a rhyming, days of the week book for young children.  It teaches colors, days of the week and rhyming  in a fun, easy manner with the help of a busy Chihuahua named Minnie Mae. Beth teaches Kindergarten and First Grade in Central Kentucky where she lives with her husband, three children, and of course, the family dog Minnie Mae.
