2009 at

Madison Elizabeth McCowan, an ambassador
from North Laurel High School in London,
Kentucky, was crowned the TOURSEKY Miss

Madison is the 17 year old daughter of David

WLEX-TV on March 30th and told Kentuckians
about her establishment of the London
Chapter of the National Pay-It-Forward
Foundation, an organization to encourage
anonymous acts of kindness to strangers.
She is the recipient of the 2008 Outstanding
Community Service Award from Senator Tom
Jensen and volunteers with many civic
organizations, including the Laurel Heights
Home for the Elderly and the Shrines’
Children's Hospital. An outstanding
