 Windstream’s REDBUD 2 MILE RUN/WALK

DATE TIME AND PLACE:  Saturday, April 12, 8:30 A.M.  Starts and finishes at Union College Track.

DIRECTIONS:  From I-75 take exit 29 (Corbin/Barbourville exit).  Travel 25E towards Barbourville, approximately 17 miles. Turn right onto Knox Street (Dairy Queen).  At the 3rd red light, turn right onto College Street.  Travel to the end of College Street and turn right onto Manchester Street.  Follow signs to track.

COURSE DESCRIPTION:  The course will begin/end at Union College Track/Football Field.  It is a flat, fast course.  The Runners will continue running through the streets of Barbourville capturing the community’s beauty.

REGISTRATION & ENTRY FEE: Pre-registration closes March 30, 2008.  Fee: $15.00 (early registration by March 30: $10.00).  From April 1 until 8:30 A.M. on race day: $15.00.

T-SHIRTS: Runners will receive Redbud T-Shirt.

PACKET PICKUP:  Packets will not be mailed.  Runners can pick them up on race day between 7:15-8:00 AM at the track.

AWARDS: Awards to the top three persons in each division.
