Rules: 1. All quilts MUST have an attached identifying tag. 2. All quilts should have a sleeve attached on the back (large enough to slide over a 2” rod) to be used for hanging. 3. Entrants may enter up to two (2) quilts to be judged. 4. Entrant must agree that all quilts may be photographed and videotaped for purposes of promoting quilt show. 5. If mailing your quilt (s), they must be shipped in a strong cardboard box that is reusable and RETURN PRE-PAID postage label included. NO checks accepted for shipping. 6. Insurance of this entry is the responsibility of the owner. 7. Quilt (s) must be accompanied by the completed form and a clear photograph of the quilt. Photographs will not be returned. 8. All entries must arrive clean, smoke-free, and undamaged to be shown. 9. Quilts must consist of three (3) layers: top, batting and backing. Tied quilts will not be accepted for judging. 10. All decisions of the judges are final. The quilt show committee reserves the right to reject any entry, including those that do not comply with contest rules. 11. The entry form, along with a photograph must be signed and dated and should accompany the entry. 12. Please include a self-addressed, stamped postcard in the box along with your quilt, to be returned to you upon receipt of your item.

If you choose to personally deliver your entries, please do so at the above address from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Office is normally closed for lunch from 1-1:45 pm unless previous arrangements are made. Office number is 606-546-4300. |
